If you're not fully satisfied with one of our products, please reach out to us immediately, and we will take appropriate action. We always aim to meet our customers' delivery needs; however, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, especially during busy holidays.

 

To request a specific delivery time, please enter it in the Special Delivery Instructions field. We recommend placing orders several days in advance before major.

 

Taxes are determined by the prevailing rates in our store location. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

 

Funeral Arrangements

Funeral arrangements usually require additional time. If your order for sympathy or funeral delivery needs to arrive at a specific time, please inform us several days advance for optimal accommodation. Sunday deliveries may not always be possible.

 

Delivery to Hospitals

We are well-versed in hospital deliveries. When placing your order, please provide the hospital name, phone number, recipient's name, and room number. We will follow facility procedures, as most hospitals restrict florists from delivering directly to individual rooms additionally, many ICU patients may not be allowed to receive flowers, so please confirm with the hospital before placing your order.

Delivery Policy

If No One is Home

Depending the delivery location, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the in a secure spot for the recipient to pick up later, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to arrange a new delivery time.

 

Recipient May Be Contacted

In certain situations, the florist may reach out to the recipient to confirm their availability for accepting the delivery.

 

Request to Leave Item at Door

Customers take full responsibility for any requests to leave arrangements at the door. We strongly advise against asking for delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any area where the recipient cannot personally receive the arrangement. We cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged products resulting from such requests.

 

Cancellations & Replacements

To ensure optimal service, you can cancel your order at any time before delivery. Once your gift is on its way or has been delivered, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order, please call or text us at 503-739-3833. Thank you!
